When a amendment to the Constitution or Standing Rules is revised. I would recommend that the date of revision be inserted at the end of the newly revised amendment. For example use (amended 2008) or simply (2008).I would encourage a revision of the Program of Work. A committee of smaller size would be advisable. The Program of Work committee should reflect a team approach.
